Step 1 Rack Backplane Connection

Insert the VM600 200-560-000-113 card into the designated slot of ABE04x/ABE056 rack, ensure rear backplane connector fully locked to complete internal power and communication bus connection.

Step 2 Vibration Sensor Signal Wiring

Use shielded twisted pair cables to connect accelerometer/eddy current probes to module rear terminal blocks; separate low-level sensor cables from high-power AC wiring to eliminate EMI. Ground cable shield single-ended at cabinet earth bar only.

Step 3 Tachometer Speed Signal Wiring

Route magnetic pickup or proximity probe tachometer signals to auxiliary speed input terminals; limit single cable length within 500 meters to guarantee speed measurement accuracy.

Step 4 Analog Output Wiring (4–20mA to DCS/PLC)

Connect each 4–20mA output channel to external control system analog input modules; configure external loop power supply according to system loop diagram.

Step 5 Alarm Relay Output Wiring

Wire dry contact relay terminals to equipment interlock trip circuits; relay contacts carry no internal power, independent external control power must be configured.

Step 6 Cabinet Protective Grounding
