D136-001-007 MOOG Core Product Advantages
1. Ultra-Fast Deterministic Control Cycle: 400μs shortest loop cycle ensures ultra-high dynamic response for high-frequency hydraulic servo test equipment.
2. All-in-One Motion + PLC Integration: Supports IEC 61131-3 programming, integrates motion interpolation, logic interlock and fault alarm without extra independent PLC.
3. Abundant Multi-Protocol Communication Ports: Dual CAN bus + Ethernet + RS232 realize seamless connection with upper HMI, DCS, expansion I/O modules and multiple servo actuators.
4. Flexible Modular Expansion: Side E-bus expansion interface supports cascading QAIO analog and RDIO digital modules to expand I/O capacity on demand.
5. Universal Servo Compatibility: Native matching MOOG hydraulic servo valves and electric servo drives, compatible with mainstream encoder, resolver and pressure/tension sensors.
6. Comprehensive Real-Time Self-Diagnosis: Automatically detects wire breakage, short circuit, power supply abnormality and signal overflow with fault code storage for quick maintenance.
7. Compact DIN Rail Design: Ultra-narrow 17.5mm width saves cabinet installation space, easy parallel stacking of multiple controllers for multi-axis systems.
8. Rugged Harsh Environment Adaptation: Wide temperature working range and reinforced EMC shielding, stable operation in vibration-prone test benches and metallurgical control rooms.

D136-001-007 MOOG Standard Wiring Method
1.24VDC Power Supply Wiring
Connect cabinet 18–36 VDC control power to dedicated X4 power terminals; strictly distinguish positive and negative polarity. Install 3A fuse at power inlet for short-circuit protection; single-end ground power cable shielding to cabinet protective earth bar.
2.Analog Signal Wiring (Sensors & Servo Valves)
Use shielded twisted pair cables to connect pressure sensors, displacement encoders to analog input terminals; link analog output ports to MOOG servo valve command ports. Separate weak analog signal wires from high-power AC cables to eliminate EMI interference.
3.Digital I/O Wiring
Wire external limit switches, relay interlock signals to 8 bidirectional digital I/O terminals; all digital loops adopt passive 24VDC contact mode with independent loop fuses.
4.CAN Bus Communication Wiring
Adopt double-shielded twisted pair for WideCAN/LocalCAN D-sub connectors; install 120Ω matching resistor at the last controller of CAN bus to avoid signal reflection distortion.
5.Ethernet Debug Communication Wiring
Connect CAT5e shielded network cable to front RJ45 Ethernet port for MACS software program download, parameter calibration and real-time data monitoring. Ground network cable shielding to cabinet earth bar.
