Yokogawa K9194XA Complete Wiring & Pneumatic Connection Instructions
1. 24VDC Main Control Power Wiring
Terminal V+: Positive pole of isolated 24VDC DC power supply
Terminal GND: DC power common negative ground terminal
PE Protective Earth Terminal: Must connect chromatograph cabinet equipotential grounding busbar for anti-interference and safety protection
Wiring requirement: Use shielded double-core cable, shielding layer single-end grounding on control cabinet side, separated wiring layout from gas pipeline and high voltage ignition line.
2. Ion Signal & Analog Output Wiring
a. Micro ion signal transmission terminal: Connect internal preamplifier circuit, adopt ultra-low noise shielded dedicated signal cable
b. 4~20mA Analog Output Terminals: Two-core twisted shielded cable connected to PLC/DCS analog input channel for concentration remote transmission
c. Flame failure fault alarm dry contact: Passive normally open contact for flame loss interlock protection signal output
3. High-Frequency Ignition Circuit Wiring
Special high-voltage ignition wiring terminals: Must use dedicated high voltage resistant insulated wire; strictly separate layout with weak current signal wiring to avoid high-frequency signal interference.
4. Process Gas & Auxiliary Gas Pipeline Connection (Pneumatic Matching Wiring)
a. Sample Gas Inlet Port: Connect process sampling pipeline with 1/8 inch stainless steel pipeline
b. Hydrogen Fuel Gas Inlet: High purity hydrogen air source connection, matched with pressure reducing valve and filter
