This motor adopts single hybrid cable integrated wiring scheme (power line + encoder signal line integrated in one cable):
1. Power Circuit Wiring (Three-phase Main Circuit):
U, V, W three-phase power lines connect to corresponding UVW terminal of B&R ACOPOS servo driver; PE protective earth wire must be reliably connected to equipment grounding busbar to meet EMC safety requirements.
2. Resolver Encoder Signal Wiring:
Matched dedicated resolver feedback cable connects motor encoder connector to drive encoder feedback interface, wiring definition follows B&R official 8LS manual pin assignment:Excitation winding: R1, R2; Sensing winding: S1-S2, S3-S4
Built-in motor temperature detection signal is transmitted via hybrid cable to servo driver for overheat protection trigger
3. Connector Operation: Industrial self-locking quick-release aviation plug, rotate connector housing for 300° to adjust cable outlet direction; fast locking design reduces wiring construction time
4. Optional Holding Brake Wiring: If equipped with permanent magnet holding brake, connect 24VDC control power separately; power-on releases brake, power-off locks motor shaft strictly for vertical axis anti-falling application.
