Pre-Wiring Safety Precautions
1. The module contains electrostatic sensitive components; wear anti-static wristbands before any wiring operation to prevent PCB damage.
2. Cut off the 24VDC total power supply of the control cabinet completely, confirm no residual voltage on all terminal terminals.
3. Separate power cables, analogue signal cables and CAN bus communication cables during wiring to minimize electromagnetic crosstalk; analogue signals use shielded twisted-pair cables.
4. Maximum wire cross-section for terminal connection is limited to 2.5 mm² solid copper wire.
Step-by-Step Wiring Procedures
1. DC Power Wiring
