1. Power Input

Single-phase 200–240 VAC, 50/60 Hz rated AC input with a ±15% allowable voltage fluctuation range.

The control auxiliary power can be sourced from the internal DC-link or an external 24 VDC power supply, configurable via solder jumpers.

The rectified DC bus voltage ranges from 280 VDC to 340 VDC.

Independent built-in fuses are deployed for the DC-link circuit, braking resistor circuit and auxiliary power circuit.

The hardware adopts Eurocard integrated three-phase rectifier structure equipped with smoothing capacitors, with dimensions of 199 mm × 100 mm × 12 mm.

Step & Direction pulse input: Supports differential RS422 and single-ended open-collector modes, with a maximum pulse frequency of 500 kHz.

Dual-channel travel limit inputs: Positive and negative hardware limit switches, configurable for active-high or active-low 24 VDC logic.
