SRB-MS-ILK5 safety interlock module mounts vertically on standard 35 mm DIN rails inside control cabinets. Horizontal or upside-down installation is prohibited to ensure natural heat dissipation. Reserve sufficient ventilation clearance around the module and keep it away from high-electromagnetic-interference devices. Operating ambient temperature ranges from 0 ℃ to 40 ℃ with non-condensing humidity of 5%–85%. Altitude derating is necessary above 1000 m, and the module has an IP40 housing.

All wiring must be completed with power cut off by qualified technicians. It accepts 20–30 VDC power supply. Separate safety signal wires from high-power cables and use twisted pairs for long-distance signal transmission. This unit is equipped with dual-channel opto-isolated safety inputs, three normally open safety relay outputs and one auxiliary fault feedback output. Secure all terminals properly and implement reliable grounding to reduce interference.

Inspect wiring thoroughly before powering on. Verify LED status, safety input response, relay output logic and the 1.5-second off-delay function. Test interlock coordination with matched Kollmorgen servo systems. Do not disassemble the module. Perform routine inspections every six months and cut off all power before removal from the DIN rail.

Input: Dual-channel opto-isolated 24 VDC safety digital inputs, compatible with emergency stop switches, safety door interlocks and safety sensor feedback signals.
