1. Main 24VDC Power Supply Wiring

Positive terminal: Connect +24VDC output of cabinet stabilized power supply module

Negative terminal: Access control cabinet DC common negative busbar

PE protective ground terminal: Firmly connect to cabinet equipotential grounding copper bar to eliminate power frequency interference and surge impact

Recommended cable: 18–22AWG shielded twisted wire for control power circuit

2. Generator Sampling Analog Signal Wiring

Two groups of external CT current & PT voltage sampling signals access independent terminal blocks:

PT Voltage Input Terminals: Connect secondary side output of generator voltage transformer, input 0~10V AC voltage feedback signal for AVR regulation calculation

CT Current Input Terminals: Connect secondary circuit of generator current transformer, transmit stator current sampling signal for reactive power calculation

Note: Current transformer secondary circuit must not be open-circuited during wiring operation to avoid high voltage danger.

3. Thyristor Trigger Pulse Output Wiring

Special orange plug terminal block outputs drive pulses to three-phase silicon controlled rectifier bridge power unit:
