1. Main Power Wiring

The 4-core power terminal (Model:3BSC840088R4) matches TP830 baseplate power interface

Wiring Definition: Positive pole connects DC24V+, negative pole connects DC24V-, two grounding terminals connect cabinet protective ground respectively

Wiring Operation: Fix power cable into terminal with screwdriver, ensure reliable contact to prevent loose wiring voltage drop

2. Ethernet Control Network Wiring

Two RJ45 CN1/CN2 Ethernet ports for redundant control network connection

Use industrial shielded Ethernet cable: Core wire connects RJ45 pin terminal, shielding layer single-end grounded inside control cabinet to restrain industrial electromagnetic interference

Two network ports can be connected to two independent control network loops for network redundancy

3. Serial Communication Port Wiring

COM3 Port: Standard RS232 serial interface, used for local programming download, upper computer debugging connection
