All power and signal wiring is implemented on the supporting 2RAA005697M terminal base. For power wiring, cut off the system power in advance, connect 24VDC positive and negative wires to the dedicated power terminals, fasten the terminals with standard torque and connect the grounding wire to the grounding pin for anti-interference protection. For communication wiring, use shielded industrial cables for Ethernet, RS485 and fieldbus interfaces. Match A/B signal lines strictly according to interface definitions, install 120Ω terminal resistance at both ends of the RS485 bus, and adopt single-point grounding for cable shielding layers to avoid ground loop noise. Separate all signal cables from high-power AC cables to prevent signal interference. The main module is directly plugged into the control backplane to complete internal bus connection without extra wiring. Install the protective cover after wiring to maintain IP20 protection performance.
