1. Pre-operation Safety Preparation
Disconnect the three-phase main power and complete lockout-tagout, then fully release residual voltage.
Check the filter casing for deformation, scorching and foreign objects, and confirm matching 8BVP power module models.
Install the device vertically suspended or horizontally upward; flat horizontal installation is prohibited.
Ensure the ambient temperature stays between -25℃ and +55℃ with no heavy dust, oil mist or intense electromagnetic interference.
2. Wiring Procedures
Secure the M5 PE grounding bolt firmly to the cabinet ground busbar, which is required for all debugging scenarios.
Connect the three-phase mains to L1/L2/L3 input terminals with 0.5~16mm² ferruled wires and fasten terminals with specified torque.
Connect L1'/L2'/L3'/PE output terminals to the front of matched 8BVP power modules.
Separate power cables from signal cables and avoid squeezing or sharp bending near heat dissipation zones.
Use a multimeter to inspect open circuits, short circuits and phase errors before power-on.
3. Power-on Commissioning
Apply power gradually and verify input voltage within 3×220~480VAC (±10% tolerance).
Measure output voltage to guarantee three-phase balance and stable voltage.
Energize rear power supplies and servo drives to observe startup conditions.
Run under no load for 30 minutes and check for overheating and abnormal noise.
Switch to rated load, monitor real-time current and execute current derating above 40℃ ambient temperature or 1000m altitude.
4. Daily Inspection During Operation
Check loose terminals, aging cables and casing overheating regularly.
Test input and output voltage & current to maintain values within rated ranges.
Keep ventilation clear; do not place objects on the filter surface.
No disassembly or internal wiring changes while powered on.
5. Shutdown Operation
Normal shutdown: halt servo systems first, then cut off main input power.
Emergency shutdown: turn off the upstream circuit breaker and record fault details.
Long-term shutdown: cut power, clean dust and maintain dry cabinet environment.
6. Troubleshooting & Maintenance
Overheating: check load current, temperature and blocked heat dissipation, then adjust derating current.
Noise & vibration: check loose terminals, loose mounting and unstable grid voltage.
Severe interference: recheck grounding, shielding cables and installation spacing.
Internal damage: stop operation immediately; no on-site disassembly, send back for official maintenance.
