DS200TCEAG1BSF GE Overspeed Protection Circuit Board

The GE DS200TCEAG1BSF is a TCEA emergency overspeed protection board for the Speedtronic Mark V turbine control system, residing in the P1 protective core with an onboard 80196-class microprocessor, PROM firmware and jumper-configured setpoints to independently monitor magnetic-pickup speed pulses and flame-detector contacts. It performs hardware-based overspeed and flame-loss voting (typically 2oo3 in TMR) with sub-40 ms response and drives hard-wired trip relays to cut fuel or close steam admission valves without relying on the main control processor.
