DS200DTBBG1ABB serves as a passive digital input termination board applied in the Mark V control system, supporting input channels 47–96.
Field dry contact signals, including limit switches, interlock feedback and trip contacts, connect to the board’s screw terminals. Technicians choose either 24 VDC or 125 VDC field operating voltage via onboard jumpers to comply with on-site signal standards.
Every signal channel is equipped with 45 mA current limiting protection. Integrated surge suppression circuits absorb transient voltage spikes from field wiring and protect internal control circuits. A 250 VAC isolation barrier separates field wiring and rack logic circuits to reduce electromagnetic interference.
Processed discrete signals are converted to standard 5 VDC logic signals, then sent to the DS200TCDAH Digital I/O Board via the 50-pin JRR ribbon cable.
This module merely receives and routes input signals and lacks output drive capacity. No microprocessor is integrated; all configurations are realized through hardware jumpers, and software parameter programming is not available.
DS200TCDAH transmits the collected signal status to the main controller. Operators can view real-time digital input status on Mark V Toolbox to implement turbine interlock, protection and sequential control logic.
