DS200DTBBG1ABB GE Digital Contact Input Terminal Board

The GE DS200DTBBG1ABB is a Mark V Speedtronic DTBB digital contact-input expansion terminal board that terminates field dry/wet contacts for channels 47–96 across two 95-point screw blocks (190 wires total), with per-channel opto-isolation (≥2500 Vrms), RC debounce and 24 VDC/125 VDC jumper selection, interfacing the TCDA I/O core via three 50-pin connectors (JFF/JFG/JFH) and a 2-pin 125 VDC feed (JY). Firmware-free, 5-jumper configured and rated −40 °C to +85 °C with <10 W backplane draw, it acts as the high-density rear-bank DI conditioning hub that feeds E-stop, limit-switch and pressure-contact states into the GE turbine control logic.

Field Digital Signal Termination

Equipped with screw terminals to receive field dry contact signals for Channels 47–96. It supports signals from limit switches, pressure and temperature switches, protection interlocks and trip feedback contacts.

Adjustable Input Voltage

Onboard jumpers enable selection between 24 VDC and 125 VDC field input voltage to accommodate various on-site discrete signal standards.

Signal Conditioning and Surge Protection

Integrated surge suppression circuits filter transient voltage surges from field cables and protect the control system against surge and electrostatic damage.

Electrical Signal Isolation

It provides 250 VAC dielectric isolation between field wiring and internal rack logic circuits, lowering signal interference and enhancing overall system safety.

Inter-Board Signal Transfer

It gathers processed discrete input signals and sends them to the DS200TCDAH digital I/O board through the 50-pin JRR ribbon cable.

Passive Signal Routing

As a passive termination board, it has no signal output channels. It merely transmits input signals and is unable to drive external field loads.

Centralized Wiring Management

It consolidates field digital input wiring and isolates external field circuits from internal rack circuits, facilitating cable layout, fault diagnosis and daily maintenance of the Mark V turbine control system.
