Our main brand:
1.ABB's module cards, touch screens, controllers, etc., such as PP846 touch screen, IGCT starting with 5SHY, PM starting controller, AI, DO starting input/output module, SP starting Bailey module, etc
2.GE's module card CPUs, such as VMIC starter, IS200, IS215, IS400, IS420 series, etc,
3.Emerson's card components and EPRO probes, Westinghouse 1C series, Honeywell CC series, Schneider 140 series, Envision full series, Bentley 3500 series, Rexroth motors and drives, and Foxboro small modules.
Power Supply Requirements (for matched Proximitor Sensor)
Operating supply voltage range: -17.5 VDC ~ -26 VDC (without safety barriers)
Operating supply voltage range: -23 VDC ~ -26 VDC (with intrinsic safety barriers installed)
Recommended nominal supply voltage: -24 VDC
Maximum operating current consumption of proximitor: ≤12 mA
Attention: If supply voltage is higher than -23.5 VDC, the effective linear measuring range will be reduced.
Electrical Output Characteristics
System sensitivity: 7.87 V/mm (200 mV/mil)
Linear output voltage range: -1 VDC ~ -17 VDC corresponding to 0.25 mm ~ 2.3 mm measuring gap
Output signal type: continuous analog voltage signal, no standard 4–20 mA current output
Output impedance of proximitor: 50 Ω
Supply sensitivity: Less than 2 mV output variation per 1 V fluctuation of input power
Probe Internal Electrical Property
Nominal DC resistance of probe coaxial cable: 8.5 Ω ±1.1 Ω
Signal transmission form: high-frequency alternating eddy current signal between probe coil and proximitor
Frequency response: 0 Hz ~ 10 kHz (-3dB)

330105-02-12-05-02-05 is a 3300 XL 8mm reverse-mount eddy current proximity probe. It cannot function as a standalone unit. A complete measurement system comprises the proximity probe, extension cable and compatible 3300 XL proximitor sensor.
Internal Connection Between Probe and Proximitor
Connect the triaxial cable connector of the 330105 probe to the extension cable, then link the opposite end of the extension cable to the ClickLoc triaxial port on the front panel of the proximitor. Tighten all connectors manually until a clear locking click is audible. Do not apply tools to avoid over-tightening.
Field Terminals on Proximitor (Three-wire Connection)
VT: Negative power input terminal, connected to -17.5 ~ -26 VDC power supply
COM: Common reference ground terminal
OUT: Analog voltage signal output terminal, connected to monitoring modules including 3500 series monitors
Shielding & Grounding Requirements
Multi-point grounding is forbidden for the triaxial shield of the probe and extension cable. Single-point grounding shall only be performed at the monitoring system side. Ensure the proximitor housing is insulated from equipment ground to eliminate ground loop interference.
Signal Cable Requirements (Proximitor to Monitor)
Shielded 3-core cables shall be used for signal transmission. The maximum permissible cable length between the proximitor and monitor is 305 meters. Signal cables should be routed separately from high-voltage power cables to mitigate electromagnetic interference.
