Backed by abundant in-stock inventory and nearly 20 years of industry experience, our company stands as a leading player in the industrial control sector. We offer an extensive range of industrial control products covering numerous models. Should you have any other requirements, please feel free to contact us, and we will respond to you promptly.
Our main brand:
1.ABB's module cards, touch screens, controllers, etc., such as PP846 touch screen, IGCT starting with 5SHY, PM starting controller, AI, DO starting input/output module, SP starting Bailey module, etc
2.GE's module card CPUs, such as VMIC starter, IS200, IS215, IS400, IS420 series, etc,
3.Emerson's card components and EPRO probes, Westinghouse 1C series, Honeywell CC series, Schneider 140 series, Envision full series, Bentley 3500 series, Rexroth motors and drives, and Foxboro small modules.
Power Input
AC mains supply: 95–125 VAC or 190–250 VAC, 50/60 Hz, minimum 1 A; equipped with a voltage selector switch for mains voltage matching
Integrated overcurrent protection for internal circuits
Power Output for Proximitor
Regulated negative DC power output to power eddy-current Proximitor sensors, enabling gap voltage measurement
Mechanical Output for Simulation
Motor-operated wobble plate for simulated vibration testing; adjustable rotational speed ranging from 0–5000 cpm with vibration amplitude of 50–254 μm peak-to-peak
Spindle micrometer provides static displacement control; target travel range 0–25.4 mm for static gap calibration
Measurement Signal Interface
Analog voltage input terminals accept output signals from Proximitor modules to monitor gap voltage
No digital communication interfaces; measurements can be observed via the built-in display or an external voltmeter
Mounting and Test Interface
Universal probe holder fixture supports proximity probes with diameters from 5 mm to 19 mm
Interchangeable AISI 4140 steel target discs for eddy current sensor verification

1.Place the TK-3E unit on a stable horizontal platform. Confirm the voltage selector switch is set to match the local AC supply voltage.
2.Rotate the speed control knob fully counterclockwise prior to applying mains power.
3.Install the specified AISI 4140 steel target disc onto either the wobble plate or micrometer spindle.
4.Secure the proximity probe within the universal holder and align the probe tip perpendicular to the target surface.
5.Wire the regulated negative DC power output terminals of the TK-3E to the power terminals of the Proximitor sensor.
6.Connect the signal output of the Proximitor to the TK-3E measurement terminals or an external voltmeter for gap voltage monitoring.
7.Perform visual inspection on all wiring connections. Ensure loose cables will not obstruct moving mechanical components.
8.Switch on the AC power supply and confirm the built-in display functions normally with no fault alerts.
9.Static displacement calibration (thrust position test): Gradually adjust the target distance via the spindle micrometer within the 0–25.4 mm range. Record gap voltage at each step and validate the linear performance of the probe assembly.
10.Dynamic vibration calibration (radial vibration test): Set the probe at its linear mid-range gap. Start the motor and slowly ramp up the wobble plate speed from 0 to the target cpm. Compare simulated vibration amplitude against readings from the monitoring device.
11.Readjust the probe gap if discrepancies are found. Re-run static and dynamic tests to ensure stable and consistent measurements.
12.Verify the Keyphasor signal output from the wobble plate when phase measurement validation is necessary.
13.Document all test data, such as gap voltage, displacement values, vibration amplitude and rotational speed.
14.Reduce the speed control to the minimum position, cut off power to the TK-3E and remove all wiring once commissioning is finished.
15.Clean the probe holder and target surface, then properly store all accessories.
