1. Three-Core Built-in Cable Standard Wiring Definition

2. Field External Extension Cable Wiring Requirements

Shield layer of signal cable implements single-end grounding on control cabinet side, floating grounding at sensor terminal to eliminate interference
Power supply cable and signal cable are laid separately in different wire trunkings to avoid cross electromagnetic coupling interference
3. Connection Wiring to Bently Nevada 3500 Monitoring Module
Signal output wire connects analog input channel terminal of 3500/42 case expansion monitor module; power line is connected to rack isolated +24V DC power supply inside control cabinet.
Ground wire must be reliably connected to cabinet equipotential grounding busbar to ensure measurement stability.
