Power Supply Input
Nominal supply voltage: 115 V AC / 230 V AC, 50 / 60 Hz
Voltage selection is configured via an internal selector switch.
Maximum power consumption: approximately 350 W
Gas Circuit Input and Output
Sample Gas Inlet: Hot raw sample gas delivered from the sampling system
Sample Gas Outlet: Cooled sample gas with standard target temperature ranging from +3 °C to +6 °C
Condensate Drain Port: Discharge opening for condensed liquid
Gas flow direction shall strictly conform to the markings on the unit housing; reverse gas flow is prohibited.
Electrical Inputs
No external digital or analog control signal inputs are supported. Only mains power supply is required for normal operation.
Electrical Outputs
Temperature alarm SPDT passive dry contact output
Contact rating: 5 A resistive load at 250 V AC; 5 A resistive load at 30 V DC
An alarm will be triggered once the outlet gas temperature rises above the preset threshold.
This signal can be interlocked with the SCC-F sample feed unit to realize automatic shutdown of the sample pump.
Optional Condensate Hose Pump
The integrated condensate pump is powered by the internal power circuit of SCC-C, and separate external power wiring is not required.

1. Pre-installation and Placement Requirements
After transportation, place the SCC-C at the final installation position and keep it stationary for 24 hours before power-on and commissioning, to ensure full settlement of internal compressor refrigerant oil.
The device must be installed vertically with a maximum allowable tilt angle of 5°.
The permissible ambient operating temperature ranges from +10 °C to +50 °C. Avoid direct sunlight, radiant heat from heating equipment and drastic temperature fluctuations.
Reserve adequate ventilation clearance: approximately 10 cm of space on the right side for air intake and unobstructed space at the front for air outlet.
Installation in explosive hazardous areas is prohibited. Keep the unit away from heavy dust, corrosive gases and sustained strong vibration.
The device supports wall mounting and 19-inch rack mounting. Retain the factory-presetted 2.5 cm rear overhang to ensure rear air circulation; do not reduce the reserved gap.
2. Mechanical Mounting Guidelines
For wall mounting: Secure the mounting brackets with four M6 screws.
For 19-inch cabinet mounting: Relocate the mounting brackets to the front side of the side panels prior to rack installation.
Do not block the housing ventilation grilles, and avoid tight contact between the unit and cabinet backplate.
Fully release the compressor transportation locking screw before equipment startup.
3. Sample Gas and Condensate Piping Installation
Install the SCC-C as close to the gas analyzer as possible to minimize the length of sample gas pipelines.
strictly follow the inlet and outlet directional marks on the heat exchanger; reverse gas flow is not permitted.
Select corrosion-resistant tubing compatible with sample gas properties. Ensure all pipe connections are fully airtight.
Route the condensate drain pipeline with a continuous downward slope to prevent liquid accumulation and siphon backflow.
For models equipped with a condensate hose pump, reserve sufficient space for routine maintenance and avoid extrusion of the drain hose.
Complete air tightness testing after piping installation before introducing process sample gas.
4. Electrical Wiring Requirements
Perform all wiring operations with the power supply completely disconnected.
Verify that the internal voltage selector switch matches the on-site power specification (115 V AC / 230 V AC, 50/60 Hz). Incorrect voltage settings will cause permanent device damage.
Prioritize protective earth (PE) connection before all other wiring; reliable grounding is mandatory for safe operation.
Separate power cables and signal cables (temperature alarm output) and route them in independent conduits to avoid interference.
Wire the temperature alarm dry contacts in accordance with terminal definitions. When interlocked with the SCC-F sample feed unit, the alarm signal can trigger sample pump shutdown.
Apply cable glands at all cable entry points to prevent dust and moisture ingress into the enclosure.
5. Commissioning and Startup Specifications
Do not supply sample gas to the system until the outlet gas temperature stabilizes below +6 °C.
Avoid frequent short-interval power cycling to protect the refrigeration compressor.
Monitor the real-time temperature display after power-on and continuously check cooling performance during initial operation.
Units applied for flammable sample gas scenarios must adopt the stainless steel heat exchanger version.
6. Safety and Long-term Operation Notes
Disconnect the power supply before opening the device enclosure. Do not open the housing if explosive atmosphere is present on site.
Take protective measures to prevent personal injury caused by leakage of toxic or corrosive sample gas.
Regularly inspect pipeline tightness, condensate drainage status and ventilation filter cleanliness.
Keep air inlet and outlet unobstructed during long-term continuous operation.
Prohibit welding and hot work near the unit while it is energized.
Reserve front and lower operating space for future disassembly, inspection and maintenance.
7. Transportation and Storage Instructions
Always transport and store the SCC-C with gas connection ports facing upward to prevent refrigerant and compressor oil leakage.
