IS200TPROH1CBB GE DCS Terminal Board

The GE IS200TPROH1CBB is a protective termination board for the Mark VI/VIe turbine control system that interfaces speed, temperature and voltage sensors with VPRO modules to execute independent overspeed protection and emergency trip functions via 2oo3 voting logic, powered at 28 V DC from the protection rack with an operating range of –30 °C to +65 °C and UL/CE approvals for critical gas/steam turbine safety applications.

Pre-wiring Preparation

Cut off the total system control power supply completely to ensure construction safety before any wiring operation.

Signal Partition Wiring

Analog & Temperature Signal Area: Connect thermocouple temperature, generator voltage and 4-20mA current signals. Switch input modes via onboard JPIA and JPIB jumpers according to field requirements.

Speed Signal Area: Wire magnetic pickup sensors for turbine speed monitoring, strictly follow pin definitions for wiring sequence.

Wiring Specifications

Adopt shielded industrial dedicated cables for all signal lines; separate signal cables from high-power AC cables to avoid electromagnetic interference.

Internal & Post-wiring Operation
