1. Backplane Internal Connection Wiring
Module is directly inserted into vacant slot of Series 90-30 PLC baseplate; gold finger automatically completes +5V power supply and backplane bus data communication without extra wiring operation.
2. RJ45 Ethernet Port External Network Wiring
a. Primary Ethernet Port: Connect Cat5e/Cat6 shielded twisted pair cable, link to factory industrial switch, remote I/O rack or upper SCADA system
b. Secondary Ethernet Port: Used for network redundancy backup or equipment cascade connection
c. Wiring Standard: Shield layer of network cable single-end grounding on control cabinet side to restrain electromagnetic interference; avoid long-distance parallel laying with high-voltage power cables
3. RJ11 RS232 Debug Serial Port Wiring
Match special GE IC693CBL305 dedicated programming cable, connect notebook computer for offline parameter modification, firmware upgrade and module fault diagnosis.
