3500/15 (126399-01G) Bently Nevada Functional Description
Core Functions
1. Stable Power Conversion: Accepts wide-range AC input and converts it into multiple regulated DC outputs to support full-load operation of the 3500 machinery protection rack.
2. Redundant Power Operation: Supports single-module independent operation as well as dual redundant configuration. In dual-power setup, the lower-slot module works as the primary power supply, while the upper-slot module acts as an automatic backup. It achieves bumpless instant power switching upon primary supply failure, ensuring uninterrupted system monitoring.
3. Hot-Swappable Capability: Under redundant power configuration, the module can be inserted and removed online without powering down the rack or interrupting system operation, enabling non-stop maintenance and replacement.
4. Built-in Noise Suppression: Integrated line noise filter effectively eliminates power grid interference, enhances system electromagnetic compatibility and improves operational stability in industrial environments.
5. Real-Time Self-Diagnosis: Continuously monitors AC input status and all DC output voltages. The front-panel “Supply OK” LED intuitively indicates module health status. Fault diagnostics can be uploaded to System 1 software via the TDI module for remote monitoring and alarm notification.
6. Standard Rack Installation: Adopts a half-height compact structure, exclusively installed in the dedicated power slots on the far left of the 3500 rack. A single 3500/15 module is capable of supporting full-load operation of a complete 3500 rack.

3500/15 (126399-01G) Bently Nevada Advantages
Part Number: 126399-01G
Module Type: AC Power Supply Module for 3500 Machinery Protection Rack
High Availability Redundant Design
This module supports dual redundant power configuration with fully bumpless automatic switching. Once the primary power supply fails, the backup module takes over instantly without rack shutdown or interruption to machinery protection functions. It allows mixed deployment of AC and DC power modules, and dual power units can be connected to completely independent power sources to further enhance system reliability.
Hot-Swap Maintenance Support
Under redundant operating mode, the module supports online insertion and removal. Field replacement can be performed without powering down the entire rack, effectively eliminating system downtime and ensuring continuous monitoring of critical rotating machinery.
Wide Universal AC Input Range
It accepts an 85–264 VAC wide-range input, adapting to diverse industrial power grid environments. The design effectively tolerates mains voltage fluctuations and ensures stable power input under complex on-site power conditions.
Built-in EMC Noise Suppression
Equipped with an integrated line noise filter, the module suppresses grid transient interference and electromagnetic disturbance. It provides highly stable, regulated multi-channel DC power for the rack backplane, monitoring modules and sensor circuits, guaranteeing high-precision vibration and protection signal acquisition.
Complete Onboard Self-Diagnosis
The module continuously monitors AC input status and all DC output channels. The front-panel “Supply OK” LED indicates real-time operating status. All power faults can be uploaded to the System 1 monitoring software via the TDI module for remote diagnosis, alarm notification and health management.
Compact Structure with Full-Rack Load Capacity
Adopting a half-height modular design, it saves cabinet installation space. A single 3500/15 module can fully support the full-load operation of a complete 3500 rack, enabling flexible simplex deployment and reducing overall project costs.
Industrial-Grade Reliability Protection
Specially designed for critical equipment such as turbines and compressors, it meets API 670 industry standard requirements. Built-in overvoltage, overcurrent and short-circuit protection functions effectively avoid secondary damage to rack modules caused by power supply faults.
