FV200-M2 GE Wiring Method
The unit adopts pluggable orange terminal block wiring design located on the rear side of the metal casing, split into two independent terminal groups for signal input and fault signal output. All wiring terminals support screw-type fixed connection for solid copper cables, with dedicated earth grounding terminal marked PL2 EARTH for safety shielding. Separate terminal channels are reserved for OV test, UV test, power supply, fault trip signal and common ground connection. The detachable terminal blocks allow quick disassembly and replacement without cutting internal wiring, simplifying on-site maintenance and system modification.

FV200-M2 GE Main Product Advantages
This device adopts high-precision analog signal detection technology, with independently adjustable overvoltage and undervoltage trip thresholds. It supports precise parameter calibration to adapt to the parameter requirements of various generator excitation systems, ensuring flexible and accurate fault monitoring. Equipped with built-in multi-channel LED status indicators, it intuitively displays device power status, overvoltage tripping, undervoltage tripping and excitation fault alarms in real time, allowing technicians to quickly identify fault types and operating conditions without additional testing tools.
Featured with a fully enclosed metal housing, the module delivers excellent anti-electromagnetic interference capability, maintaining stable and reliable long-term operation in harsh industrial environments with strong electromagnetic noise such as power plants and heavy industrial workshops. Its compact rack-mounted structure is compatible with standard industrial control cabinets and most legacy Alstom excitation control racks, realizing space-saving installation and strong equipment compatibility.
