Installation Steps for ABB Unitrol 1010-0002 Light
Pre-installation Safety and Unpacking Cut off all power supplies and implement lock-out tag-out safety procedures. Allow a minimum of 5 minutes for internal capacitors to fully discharge. Examine the equipment for mechanical damage and confirm that the model Unitrol 1010-0002 Light conforms to delivery documents. Wear an anti-static wristband when touching internal components. Verify that cabinet environmental conditions including temperature, humidity, vibration and pollution level satisfy technical specifications.
Mechanical Mounting Requirements Install the excitation regulator vertically inside the control cabinet to guarantee effective natural cooling. Maintain specified clearance: 50 mm clearance above the unit, 20 mm below, and 10 mm on both left and right sides. Avoid hot-air flow blown from nearby devices. Drill mounting holes in accordance with dimension drawings and fasten the unit to the mounting plate using M6 screws with tightening torque of 10 Nm.
