Should you have any other requirements, please feel free to contact us, and we will respond to you promptly.
Our main brand:
1.ABB's module cards, touch screens, controllers, etc., such as PP846 touch screen, IGCT starting with 5SHY, PM starting controller, AI, DO starting input/output module, SP starting Bailey module, etc
2.GE's module card CPUs, such as VMIC starter, IS200, IS215, IS400, IS420 series, etc,
3.Emerson's card components and EPRO probes, Westinghouse 1C series, Honeywell CC series, Schneider 140 series, Envision full series, Bentley 3500 series, Rexroth motors and drives, and Foxboro small modules.
Pre-installation Safety Requirements
Disconnect the entire system power prior to mounting, wiring or removing the module. Operators shall wear anti-static wristbands linked to the cabinet protective earth to prevent electrostatic discharge from harming internal circuit boards. Direct contact with circuit components, connectors and pins is prohibited. Examine the module for transit damage, deformation or loose connectors before installation.
Mechanical Mounting Method
The PCD230A is a rack-mountable module designed to be installed within the AC 800PEC system chassis.
Align the module guide rails with the chassis slots, insert the module horizontally into the rack until the backplane connector is fully engaged. Tighten the front panel fixing screws uniformly to secure the module.
Adequate clearance around the module shall be reserved to enable natural convection cooling, and ventilation routes must not be obstructed.
The installation location must comply with specified temperature and humidity limits. Keep the module away from heavy vibration, corrosive gases, direct thermal radiation and water splashes.
With an IP20 protection rating, the module must be fitted inside an enclosed control cabinet for protection against dust and moisture.
Wiring Specifications
All power and signal connections are made through rear terminal blocks and communication ports.
Power supply: Run 24 V DC wiring to the assigned power terminals, and strictly follow polarity requirements;
Communication ports: Shielded CAT5e or CAT6 Ethernet cables shall be used for Ethernet interfaces. Single-point shielding grounding is necessary to reduce electromagnetic interference;
Signal wiring: Route low-level signal cables separately from high-power cables to minimize crosstalk;
Protective earth: Securely connect the module PE terminal to the cabinet earthing busbar.
Fasten terminal screws with appropriate torque. Verify no short circuits or reversed polarity using a multimeter before powering on the system.

Input
Power supply input: Nominal 24 V DC with an operating range of 18–30 V DC, supporting redundant power supply connection;
Analog signal inputs: Compatible with ±10 V DC voltage signals and ±20 mA current measurement signals;
Digital discrete inputs: 24 V DC logic signals used to acquire status feedback from field devices;
Backplane bus input: High-speed data interface enabling data communication with the AC 800PEC system chassis;
Communication port inputs: Multiple Ethernet and serial interfaces for receiving data from host systems and peripheral modules.
Output
Analog signal outputs: Configurable ±10 V DC analog signals, with a maximum load current of 5 mA per channel;
Digital status outputs: Logic signals provided for equipment status indication and interlock signal transmission;
Communication outputs: Ethernet and serial ports responsible for transmitting processed measurement and control data;
Backplane bus output: Transmits real-time control commands and measured data to the main controller through the chassis backplane;
Fault relay output: Potential-free contact output to send module failure alarm signals.
