Step1 Visual & mechanical inspection

Step5 Module internal diagnostic & firmware
Access upper IED diagnostic menu, read internal event log, hardware error records, supervision alarms.
Check firmware compatibility between this module and main CPU unit; mismatch causes communication abort.
If many abnormal events persist after power-reset: re-download correct configuration parameter.
Step6 Isolation test (Distinguish external wiring fault or module hardware fault)
