The MEIYO MFT-06 is a DC24V-powered industrial frequency-to-analog converter that translates 0–3000 Hz pulse inputs from tachometers, magnetic pickups or turbine flowmeters into a calibrated 4–20 mA (optionally 1–5 V / pulse) output with ±0.1% full-scale accuracy and <100 ms response, housed in a 96 × 48 × 110 mm DIN/panel-mount package. It conditions field frequency signals for direct PLC/DCS acquisition in marine shaft-speed, turbine RPM, flow-volume and multi-roll synchronization applications where a low-power measurement signal—not a motor drive—is required.

Input Signal

Supports frequency input ranging from 0-3000 Hz. It is capable of processing both sine-wave and square-wave pulse signals transmitted from tachometers, rotational speed pick-up sensors, flow transmitters and other pulse-type field devices. The module provides good anti-interference performance to adapt to complex industrial electromagnetic field environments.

Output Signal

It accepts both sine-wave and square-wave pulse inputs sourced from speed pickups, tachometers, and flow sensors across a 0-3000 Hz working range. Frequency-to-Standard Analog Conversion
